We ship in-stock items generally within 24-48 hours of credit approval. Orders received after 4 PM EST, on weekends or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. Please allow 10 days for regular shipping in the US. International shipping timeframes may be longer as we do not have control over the customs process. 

Shipping in the United States is free.  

International shipping rates apply outside of the United States. 

We will utilize the 1st Class Mail via the United States Postal Service both for US and International shipping.

Glam Candy will accept returned merchandise with our 30 day return policy. All returned merchandise must meet the following criteria:

Merchandise must be retuned to us within 30 days of purchase.
All sales are final on the following items: sale items, cosmetics, and lingerie.
All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Shipping is non refundable (except for defective merchandise or a shipping error on our part).
Merchandise returned within 30 days will be refunded.
We will email you with a total as soon as we process your return.

Merchandise must be packed in its original or appropriate packaging.

When returning an item it is recommended that you purchase delivery confirmation or insurance, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
